On a happier note, Jack's favorite climbing tree, our bottle brush tree, is blooming. It's such a Seuss-like tree, it's weird. I've never had a cool red blooming tree before!
As you can see, Jack can't wait to get outside and play again.

Sad Tree Day
Jack's oak tree is coming down today. Though I will be glad that it's gone, I'm always sad when a tree is downed.

I didn't realize that Jack was still allowed out. I thought he was on "outside" restriction for life after the tree deal.
